When you purchase a report, we collect the following information through our intake forms: your name, email address, gender, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and current location. For composite reports, we also collect this information for the second individual involved. You may also provide additional context about your inquiry through open-text fields in our forms.

We use your information solely to produce your personally crafted report and to communicate with you regarding your order. We do not use your information for any other purpose.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. The only exceptions are the service providers necessary to process your transaction, ncluding our payment processors and our website platform (Squarespace), which are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored securely and accessed only by Jade Zhuang, the sole analyst and operator of AZOTH CORE. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill your order and provide post-report support.
